John's experience covers all aspects of Real Estate including residential, multifamily, development and commercial properties. He is active in the Ithaca Board of Realtors, Cortland Board of Realtors, the National Association of REALTORS, the Realtor Commercial Alliance, Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce, and the Tompkins County Landlord Association. As a life-long Ithaca native, Kristie brings market knowledge and an appreciation of the cultural diversity of the area to her clients. Kristie has been selling houses for the last 11 years and before that she owned her own business.

Kristie has experience in many aspects of Real Estate. She owns rental properties in the Collegetown area. She has been helping her clients buy and sell homes through her many referrals from satisfied clients.

When she is not practicing real estate Kristie likes antiquing, cooking and being with her family. She and John built their dream home in 2001. She has a daughter Leah, Son Kevin and 2 grandchildren, Max and Samantha.

Kevin is very excited to still live in Ithaca, New York where he was born and raised. After living in Burlington, Vermont, Kevin returned home to Ithaca to follow in the footsteps of his parents, John and Kristie O’Connor.

Now an Associate Broker himself, Kevin brings to the O’Connor Team tremendous energy and great personal warmth. His easy going manner and hard work have earned him many referrals since he started his real estate career, and he has been a multimillion dollar producer since his first year. He has also earned the ABR designation.

“I really enjoy working with people and helping them find the perfect home.” Says the affable Kevin. “I can assist with all aspects of real estate – residential, multi-family and commercial.”

Having had the benefit of working with seasoned professionals, Kevin is knowledgeable about marketing and experienced as both a buyer’s and seller’s agent.

In addition to selling real estate, Kevin owns and manages rental properties in the Ithaca area. He enjoys all that Ithaca has to offer, including its many hiking trails, great beauty, and fine restaurants. He is a member of the Elks, a sports enthusiast, and enjoys working on projects in his own home. Kevin lives in Cayuga Heights with his wife Joy, his son Max, his daughter Samantha, and their dog Carter.
